Wisconsin State Flag

The Wisconsin flag is merely just a state seal on a blue background with the state's name and the year the state was officially recognized. This design is boring, and many other states have actual flags, so I created an actual flag. The blue on the top and bottom represents the two great lakes (Michigan and Superior) that are on Wisconsin's coast. The red stripe represents Germany, as many of Wisconsin's immigrants are German. The number 1848 is the year Wisconsin became a state and its color yellow is the same as the yellow on the German flag. The badger is Wisconsin's state animal and the flower in its mouth is Wisconsin’s state flower, the common blue violet. Later, I put the badger with the common blue violet on a shirt.
